Thrift Works resale boutique provides a first rate, yet affordable shopping experience while serving as a retail training center for youth enrolled in The Work Group’s New Jersey Youth Corps program. At Thrift Works, we offer men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. All funds raised through Thrift Works support educational and training opportunities for at-risk youth. In supporting Thrift Works, you are helping young adults gain real world experience, as they take their first steps towards joining the workforce.

The Work Group (TWG) is a private, non‑profit corporation whose mission is to equip at-risk youth in transition to adulthood with the skills, education, and confidence to become self-directed, self-sufficient individuals who are productive and responsible members of their families and communities.
